Welcome readers. Stewart v Marion is a case, removed to federal court and currently before Judge McKinney, which claims that voter ID is unconstitutional. I am pro se and need counsel, meanwhile I'd doing the best I can.
I'm an Indiana voter who hasn't been allowed to vote since 2005. My recent filings in this case include
response on how LWV v Rokita affects my case
motion for temporary injunction and TRO
motion for certification to the Indiana Supreme Court on questions of Indiana law
motion to amend the complaint to add an article I section 23 claim
opposition to state's motion to stay
opposition to county's motion to stay.
